• Paper cards (Laminated, Uncoated and Letterpress): standard, 3.5 × 2 in, and square, 2.56 × 2.56 in.
• Plastic (PVC): credit card size only, 85.5 × 54 mm (3.37 × 2.13 in), with rounded corners.
• Metal: 89 × 51, 85 × 54 and 80 × 50 mm.

Paper cards also come in a custom size: from 0.71 × 0.71 in to 3.54 × 2.13 in (18 × 18 mm to 90 × 54 mm), either way round, at the price of the standard size. A custom size is upload only.

• Matte: non-reflective, with a soft look.
• Gloss: shiny, so colors and images look more vivid.
• Soft-touch: a smooth, velvet-like matte coating. Available on 15pt and 32pt.

All three are laminations on Laminated Business Cards. Laminated cards are hard to write on; to write on your cards, choose Uncoated or Letterpress.

The designer works for all five business cards. Templates are for Letterpress and Uncoated cards. Cards & postcards, stickers and flyers take an uploaded file.

You choose one on the card’s page, as the last step after the paper, size and quantity.

No. We check every file by hand before it prints, against the card and finishes you chose. If anything needs fixing, we email you, and nothing prints while a question is open. If your file is fine, it goes straight to production.

Before you add a design to your cart, you see a preview and the results of our automatic checks. Spelling and content are yours to check.

1. Printing errors

Send high-resolution photos or videos of the defect, side by side with your design file.

• Text errors: we check where the error came from. If it is in your artwork, we accept no liability. If it is ours, we reprint free and ship by standard courier.
• Slight color variation (10–15%): a 15% refund of the order value, or a 15% coupon for your next order.

2. Cutting and finishing

Send photos taken with a standard measuring tool.

• Diagonal deviation over 1 mm: the full batch is reworked or reprinted.
• Rough edges or burrs on rounded or die-cut edges: a pro-rata refund for the defective cards.

Compensation

• Material mismatch: a full refund plus disposal costs. Requires notarized or certified video proof.
• Usability defects: refunded in proportion. If 20% of the batch is defective, we refund 20%.

Production takes 2–3 business days once your file passes our check. Shipping then takes 2–5 business days by Express or 7–12 by Standard, both tracked.

Stickers are kiss-cut and delivered on sheets: each one peels off its backing sheet.

Yes. Pick one of our sizes, from 1 × 1 in to 2 × 3.5 in, or enter your own.

A custom size can be from 0.71 × 0.71 in to 16.93 × 11.85 in (18 × 18 mm to 430 × 301 mm), either way round. A circle is priced by the square around it.

For a very small or very detailed shape, ask us before you order.

Any of our sticker materials:

• Everyday paper: coated 128 or 157 gsm, white label paper, light or brown kraft, and an uncoated paper you can write on.
• Textured paper: cotton, linen, laid, woodgrain, grass fiber, washi and pearl shimmer, plus papers with gold flakes.
• Plastic film: white waterproof PP, clear, and matte silver.

Paper suits packaging, seals and indoor labels. For wet places, choose white waterproof PP or clear film.

We don’t print on vinyl. For a sticker that stands up to water and handling, our Waterproof Stickers are printed on white PP film, a thick plastic that resists water and tearing, or on clear film.

For long outdoor use, tell us where the stickers will go before you order, and we’ll tell you how they will hold up.
