Your order goes through three steps: our file check, production and shipping. We check files by hand, usually within 1 business day. Production time depends on the product and the finishes you add. Shipping then takes 2–5 business days by Express or 7–12 by Standard, both tracked. Your cart shows the estimated arrival date for your items.
How long does production take?
It depends on the product, and adding finishes can make it longer. You can see production time:
- on each product page, for the options you pick;
- on our Shipping & duties page, which lists every business card with its total time to your door.
When does production start?
When your files pass our check. Production is counted in business days from then. If we need to ask you about a file, the count starts once it’s sorted. If you chose to send your file later, our check starts when it arrives.
How long does shipping take?

Both are tracked, and the times count from when your order leaves us. Shipping cost depends on the destination, the parcel’s weight and the method. You see it at checkout, or before you order with the shipping calculator. Customs duties and taxes are included, so there’s nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives (see Shipping & duties).
Can I get my order faster?
Choose Express at checkout for the fastest shipping. If you also need faster production, ask us about a rush order before you order and tell us the date you need it by.
