This Privacy Policy explains how Inkpavo (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit our website or use our services.
Information we collect
We collect three broad categories of information:
- Information you provide. Account details, billing and shipping addresses, artwork you upload, and any messages you send to our support team.
- Information collected automatically. Usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, and cookies that help us recognize you across visits.
- Information from third parties. Payment confirmations from our payment processors and shipping events from carriers.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfill orders, and keep you updated on their progress.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To improve our products, our services and the way our website works.
- To send marketing emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
Website chat
When you use the chat on our website, your messages and anything you tell us there, such as your order number, are stored on our own servers, in the chat system we run (Libredesk), so that our team can read and answer them. When you ask to talk to a person, we ask for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, so our team knows who they are helping; they are kept with your conversation.
An AI assistant answers first. To write its answers, it sends the conversation to DeepSeek, the AI model provider we use, which processes it on servers in China. The assistant can make mistakes; for anything about your order, or whenever you prefer, choose Talk to a person and a member of our team will reply.
The chat keeps a cookie in your browser for up to a year, so that when you come back on the same browser you can continue the same conversation.
Please don’t share payment card details or passwords in the chat.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email support@inkpavo.com.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Order records are typically kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements.
Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfect, however, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and keep your account credentials confidential.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and we’ll tell you about significant changes by email or with a notice on the site.
