- PDF, AI, EPS or SVG work best; we check any file you send.
- Design square-cornered at 91.5 × 60 mm (the card plus 3 mm of bleed on every side), keep text and logos 3 mm inside the trim, and remove crop marks.

Make sure your background and any photos extend to fill the bleed, 3 mm (0.125 in) past the trim on every side, so there are no white edges after cutting.

How long will my cards take?
Production takes 2–7 business days, depending on the thickness and finishes, and starts once we’ve checked your file. Then Express shipping takes 2–5 business days and Standard takes 7–12. You choose shipping at checkout.
Will I pay duties?
No, with Express or Standard. We ship duties paid (DDP): customs duties and taxes are on us, so there’s nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives. See shipping & duties.
How do I add my design?
After you choose your card, start from a blank card in our designer or upload your own file. Prefer help? Our designers can design it with you.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG. Design square-cornered at 91.5 × 60 mm (the card plus 3 mm of bleed on every side), keep text and logos 3 mm inside the trim, and remove crop marks.
Will you check my design before printing?
Yes. We check every file before it’s printed. If something needs fixing, we contact you before we print; if not, your cards go straight into production. There’s no proof for you to approve.
How does NFC work?
A chip inside the card opens your link when someone taps it with a phone. Every 33 mil card has one, included in the price; 15 and 30 mil cards don’t take NFC.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Full color on both sides is included in the price. Laser numbering goes on one side; printed numbering can go on both.
Can I order different papers or sizes together?
Add them as separate items; each design in one item shares the same options.
