Will I pay duties?
No. We ship duties paid (DDP): customs duties and taxes are on us, so there’s nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives. That’s the same with Express and Standard. We declare your order at its real value: we can’t mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on where your order is going, what it weighs and how you ship it. The shipping calculator prices both ways for your country, and checkout prices your exact order.
Can customs hold my parcel?
Sometimes. Customs can hold a parcel for inspection, and delays of 2 to 10 days are common around peak periods. This is outside our control.
When does the clock start?
Production starts when your file passes our check. If something needs fixing, we email you and start once it’s sorted. Shipping starts when your cards leave the factory.
